GSA Contracts
Government Services Agreement allows CES to provide turnkey environmental contracting services to any portion of the Federal Government. Our GSA contract is user friendly and is based on unit rates (quantities) that provide a basis for firm fixed fee pricing. There are no nebulous hourly rates that add risk and cost to the Project Owner's budget.
Service Overview:
The Cross Environmental Services GSA contract is very comprehensive as it relates to scope of services. We provide pricing based on type of structure, number of stories, and related building components. The contract is flexible enough to provide demolition services of all types. There are approximately 200 line items available that provide for everything from interior demolition to fence and sign removal as well as complete structural wrecking and debris removal.
This contract also anticipates disaster response items ranging from debris removal to complete demolition of structures. CES has over a decade of track record working on military bases and in high security areas. This contract gives us the flexibility to move forward on planned strategic work or to respond to a specific need on very short order.
Contract Benefits:
Utilizing a pre-placed contract, such as CES's Government Services Agreement, allows government project managers and purchasing personnel to take advantage of the pre-arranged discounts stated in the agreement. All the GSA pricing is discounted in excess of 10% off of our general price list and at least three percent lower than our most favored customer pricing.
An additional benefit of utilizing the "schedule" is the time saved in procurement and contracting. As the mechanism for utilizing CES is already in place there is no need for advertisement or solicitation efforts.
